At St. Anne Orthodox Church, we don’t have enough room to fit everyone in the nave, forcing people to stand in the kitchen during liturgy. Our only classroom wasn’t big enough for the 27 catechumens we welcomed last year.

We are building a church where families aren’t crowded out during coffee hour, where inquirers aren’t overwhelmed by the lack of personal space (let’s be honest—Orthodoxy can be overwhelming enough) and where we could confidently welcome the fire marshall to Pascha. With each passing week, new frustrations arise and relationships are hindered due to the lack of space.

We are dreaming of a beautiful church that will bear witness to the weddings of our children and the baptisms of our grandchildren. We long for a sacred building for that will nourish our souls from now unto ages of ages.
